More than 95% of the
stray cats in Miami’s West Coconut Grove have now been neutered thanks to
the
dedicated "Cat Ladies"
whose compassion brings daily nourishment and well-being to all felines
without a caring home in the
neighborhood.
Other dedicated care givers accomplish similar feats in other neighborhoods.
We are very proud of you and thank you.
Though the vast
majority of the neighbors welcome our efforts, we seek the active
participation of all in our quest
to help the stray felines and keep our neighborhood healthy and happy.

Love is a condition

Here's my idea of the Miami
sanctuary for our feline friends who need a home and live in
peace.
The sanctuary consists of an enclosed area of several acres
where we keep the cats in a colony and where they are taken
care of and not bother people and the native wildlife.
The geodesic dome protects the animals against severe
weather like hurricanes and predators. It would not be as
tall as shown (kitties don't fly; it's a photo of the Wings of Love Foundation sanctuary
for parrots at Monkey Jungle in the Redland, Miami).
The inside will contain housing for protection against
inclement weather and offer a green habitat for the
enjoyment of the animals.
We will also grow and sell tropical plants inside the domes
to help defray operating expenses.
